Who should attend Global Tradex?
Exporters, brand owners, manufacturers, MSMEs, buyers, distributors, diaspora business owners and the wider logistics, finance and technology community. Industry associations and institutional representatives are also part of the event’s target audience.
How do I book a pass or exhibition stall?
Ticket bookings will open through the event payment link when announced. For exhibition stalls, brand honouring and sponsorships, use the enquiry form. The organising team can follow up with availability and participation details. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
Can I participate as a sponsor?
Yes. Sponsorship opportunities are planned for ports and maritime businesses, shipping and logistics, banking and trade finance, insurance, technology, aviation, warehousing, packaging, infrastructure and manufacturing. Select “Sponsorship partnership” in the enquiry form.
Does participation guarantee buyers or orders?
The event creates opportunities for relevant business conversations. Buyer meetings, enquiries, orders and partnerships depend on participation, business fit and follow-up; they are not guaranteed.
When will speakers and the detailed agenda be announced?
The organisers will share speaker announcements and the detailed session schedule as the programme is finalised. The event is scheduled for 17 December 2026, from 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
